We at Salahuddin and Pasha ensure the highest commitment to quality and customer service. However, due to the customised nature of our designs and products, we do not offer any returns or cancelations. Exchanges are possible within 2 working  days of product delivery. Contact us immediately for this. Salahuddin and Pasha will conduct a proper check before exchanging the product:

1) The item should not be used.

2) All tags must be intact.

3)The size is incorrect.

4)The item is free of stains, perfume and un worn condition.

5) We receive it within 2 working days.  

6)Shipping and customs costs are borne by the client.

7)Contact us immediately before shipping.

8) Exchanges on orders that are customised or discounted are not eligible.
